Unlike the majority of online merchants, Grimy Ink charges the exact shipping amount and we do not impose a handling charge. All orders will be shipped Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Usually it takes 2-4 business days. Cost is $5. Each additional shirt is just $1.50.
What is your return policy?At Grimy Ink we stand by our products 100%. We guarantee you will be satisfied and you will be delivered a brand new product. If for any reason if aren’t satisfied with your shirt or need to exchange it for a different size, just email us at customerservice@grimyink.com. We will provide you with the return policy. You will only be charged with shipping the item back. Once the product is received in new condition, we will either offer a full refund back or an exchange for another product/size.
What is the best way to wash my Grimy Ink shirt?It is best that you wash your shirt inside-out, in cold water, without bleach. This will provide maximum durability and colorfastness so you can wear your new shirt for a long time to come. For maximum longevity, do not tumble dry (or dry clean). Instead, hang to dry. After drying, if you must iron, iron on the reverse side only, and never over the image. Although many of our shirts are considered to be "pre-shrunk" you can expect about a 5% shrinkage after normal wash.
